I'm almost sure I left a note here. Anyway, drop bad scent for gnolls. They aren't skunks, they just don't bathe. Replace it with odious personal habits (don't bathe, eat sentient races) and it is looking good.
Just a thought, but if Northen Sergals are carnivores, it might be worth adding Restricted Diet(Fresh Meat, very common) or Odious Personal Habits(eats sentient races) and a negative reputation(terror tactics, everyone except sergals, all the time)
