Yue's running Vampire: The Requiem! Specifically, Blood and Smoke: The Strix Chronicle.
Fridays at 8:00 PM EST. #nwod irc.thisisnotatrueending.com
You're in Philadelphia and spooky stuff is happening. But it's okay because you're a vampire. Go bother the guy in the penthouse of the Comcast Center, I bet he'll have some cool stuff for you to do and a conspiracy to get wrapped up in. Maybe even a big bad evil guy to fight. Wait, shit, you're vampires. Big good hero guy? I don't know.
The only stuff you're allowed out of the gate is in Blood and Smoke.
House rules[edit]
- The Mask trait is now known as Masquerade. The Dirge trait is now known as Requiem.
- When any player gets a beat, all other players get one as well. This way, beats and Experiences become a communal resource.
- When willpower is spent before rolling, the roll in question gains the 9 Again quality. Willpower can be spent after the roll as a three-dice pool.
- If you want to use content from another book, see Yue first for permission. Also, no Holy Engineers. Nothing personal, it's just every Vampire game I've been in has had these guys in it.
- Please use This character sheet.
Players[edit]
- Exhack -
- Spindly - Mikhail Abramov - A pretty chill dude given the fact that he's a terrifyingly ugly flesh-warping monstrosity.
- Tentacle Girl -
Beats: 0 / 5
Experiences: 00
NPCs[edit]
The NPC profile text will be updated as the players meet more characters and learn more about them.
Current knowledge status: Gossip
- Thomas Hollis II - The Prince. Major shareholder in a local cable conglomerate. Runs an EXTREMELY tight ship, the strictest motherfucker you'll ever meet. He's not liked, but he's respected, which is all he cares about. He's had the job for centuries. Did you guess that he's Invictus? I bet you did.
- Canada - The Senechal. That's not his name. Come to think of it, nobody knows his name. But he's so cool, he's like the best guy. Everyone loves him. He's always ready to help anyone. You're going to read this and assume he's the villain. He's not, he's just really nice. Hence, the nickname. He wishes he could drink beer.
- Dana Ernelle - The Sheriff. She's old. Really, really fucking old. I bet she wishes she wasn't embraced when she was like, a teenager. Maybe don't bring that up in front of her, because she's an expert at close-quarters combat and has a lot of advanced disciplines. I think she somehow even has damage soak. That's how old she is.
- Jack - The Carthian Primogen. Charismatic, idealistic, dangerous. An ex-Special Forces soldier from the 70s that fights for his beliefs. No, not that Jack.
- Mila Hamilton - The Circle of the Crone Primogen. Don't ask her to show you her "special" blood. Trust me on this.
- Mr. Banks - The Invictus Primogen. A rich white guy? In charge of Invictus? No way!
- Michael Egan - The Lancea et Sanctum Primogen. Has his own Wikipedia page!
- Elise Garrett - The Ordo Dracul Primogen. The only self-insert in the game, and it's not even Yue's! What a ripoff! I want my money back!
