Cochayuyo Channel[edit]

A treacherous channel dotted with dozens of islands and skerries connecting the Upper Hillsborough Sound to London bay. The waters are home to dense kelp forests and no small number of concealed reefs. Many shipwrecks litter the bed of the channel, some dating back hundreds of years--whalers from the 1800s are particularly common.

Looking Glass Station[edit]

The International Kerguelen Expeditions Agency's main base, located about 30 miles NW of Rockhopper Island. It consists of over a dozen ocean platforms linked to one another where the agency conducts the majority of research and operations away from prying eyes. Every single person aboard is a sleepwalker if not Awakened; sleepers are strictly banned of course.

Marville, Avor Archipelago[edit]

A quaint fishing town of 2000 or people.

  • Home to a dam that was apparently constructed by the Third Reich in the late 1930s, though no record of such a thing exists.

Thyngwald, Grande Terre Island[edit]

The capital of the islands. With a population of 32,034 Thyngwald isn't large by any stretch but in the dozen or so years its been reconnected with the outside world it's modernized rapidly—when possible of course.
