Clan Festus

The older something is, the more likely someone will forget about it. That seems to be the case with Clan Festus. Mentioned only in the 6th edition of the Skaven army book, these Skaven have long since faded into obscurity. While it is unknown for certain, one might be tempted to think they are allies (or potential slaves) to Clan Pestilens; after all, "Festus" looks rather similar to "fester", right?
