A loli carnifex. A joke derived from the tendency of Tyranid players to name their carnifexes by their role and the appellation of "-fex", leading to creatures such as "gunfexes". There isn't really much to this one.

Despise this thing. Seriously? Who was the sick fucking idiot who thought this thing would be good, or funny? Or attractive? It's just fucking disturbing.
