The Emperor should be a part of this.

Why don't we add the Meeting <insert primarch name here> stories to their respective Primarch pages? Meeting Angron would go to the Angron article, Meeting Sanguinius would go to the Sanguinius article, ect. It would lessen the page's length considerably, and beef up the primarch articles (which I always felt was missing some writefaggotry) What does everyone think? Munch munch 03:14, 29 May 2011 (UTC)

It seems like you are more in charge of this fiction than anyone else, so you should probably just go with the idea. It would be a good idea though to move the "Meet the Primarchs" story to another page, or risk having that issue of the page's character limitations. I am writing something that can be compared to your "Venus' Burn" storyline, but for Lyra, so I'll have to make a whole page for that as well. --DarkMage 22:03, 3 March 2012 (UTC)

Grammatical Exterminatus

Character proposal: Prince Malcador

I've read a great deal of WH stories and liked them(Great job, Guys!), and an idea has been running wild in my head after that. I want to create a story introducting a new character, but given who this character will be, I want to avoid the possibility of Mary Sue and making him an actual interesting character. Making him a well-made character wich anyone who want to story further in here take him into consideration. Most likely I will need help calibrating him, so that is this post about, to propose the character and see if can end good.

The character itself is called Prince Malcador, and he is the son/daugter of the Emperor. Yes THAT Emperor, The Bid E. That's why I want to craft carefully this character. I propose to be male, but if you think that female can be played better with the setting, no objections.

To the backstory I thought to be a "failsafe measure". Given that anything that Empy does is with a reason, the reason behind Prince is because He ever falls, a heir steps to the head of the Imperium to guide it as well as he does. Also, the emperor could be aware of some of the less... recommendable antics of the daugters, and could send him to control them. He was always been in the palace, posing as adopted children of Malcador the Sigilite (hence the name, but also given by the Emperor to honor his best and longest friend), but with coming to age (15-17 biological), he was sent to Imperator high to know people of his age, including his "nieces"; but also to control them (albeit unwittingly).

In personality, I thought a "pre-unification Empy" mixed to the faults given to the emperor, such as arrogance, thinking that he is ALWAYS right, even if he isn't; manipulating and later disposing of people to his own ends, and taking no objection towards the sunbject in question if he already made a decision. Also somewhat bossy. On the good side, his primary concerns is the betterment and advance of humanity(but he starts with his classmates), he loves helps others at anything and being unnoticed. He is aware of his true heritage, but poses as adopted son/daugter of Malcador to avert a possible political storm in Warhammer High. He also knows that the Emperor sent him/her to the High with a hidden reason, but he's yet not aware of what will be.

Physically, I reccomend a younger version of the Emperor, but with tinted hair(not sure the color yet) and goatee. Could also wear a coat or wraistband with the Sigil of Malcador sewn(like the ones wore by the daugters in the fanart). Not too much luxury there, save a pair of rings given to him by the Emperor and Malcador.

Abilities-wise, he could be pretty average, at the same level of the daugters; but excelding in politics(he grew in the Palace after all), manners and psychics(he's direct descendant of the Emperor) with a level between Miranda and Magnus, but closer to the former. He could(not sure about this) have some of the awe-inspiring presence of his father; wich can be hilarious if someone confuses feelings(common in teens).

His personal possesions could be the aforementioned rings, which could also be highest-clearance keys in terminals(like the ones wore by the inquisition) and a Custodes Bullock-pattern(I LOVE that model) jetbike. Also school material of over-the-top quality.

Well, this is what I have for now of the character. What do you think? Anything to add, delete, modyfy... to making him/her better character? Feel free. In the story I thought os a "First contact" story and his initial interactions with some(or all) the daugters.

If you want to, then go for it. WHH is one of those projects that doesn't try to keep internal consistency, though, so keep that in mind if the other authors don't really want to get too involved, especially since ILikeCommas kinda of already did that. Yes, I know about that. What I am asking is for help developing Prince(I followed your advice and made him definetly a boy) to make sure that he doesn't ends being a Mary Sue or too inconsistential. I don't only want to create a good character, but also donate him to the setting to anyone who may find interesting including the 21st Primarch(sort of). It's like the daugters; every one knows that Lyra has a watcher behind her or that Furia has parental issues and the authors play with that to create good stories. Character proposal: Kharn, The Dodger

I think, the head of PE department should be Kharn, since he is quite sporty and all (look at his biceps)... He gets really agitated when someone does not pass his PE norms and enjoys dodgeball, in the end only Furia and him are left standing. He also likes cruel jokes and kittens, and strongly dislikes Fabius Bile for his biologic human-boosting beliefs (BOOST MUSCLES WITH CHEMICALS? REAL MEN LIFT STEEEEL!!!).

He is also quite fun guy to be around.

Has WHH died?

Read the title. IMO this project should persist (even if someone else. is gone), and I'd be happy to see some more character development and such (I'm pretty sure aside from in their respective bios, the boys hardly get mentioned). Any thoughts? Also, is there a place other than here and the /tg/ archive where I could find WHH stories, if there are any more? Thanks.

If you want to go with it, then by all means. It would be awesome to see someone else take a fresh approach to the idea. Just be wary about posting about it on /tg/, it is hated there. There is a troll named Sage the Crusader who will attack any thread which mentions WHH.

So a lot of stuff has been removed recently. Should the boyfriend profiles, with appropriate edits to no longer tie them to a specific daughter or in-story relationship, be reinstated? As many of those characters appear in many of the mainline canon stories.

Probably only reinstate the more prevalent ones, but the one's that appeared in just one story? Yeah, those can stay gone, chances are they have descriptions in their lone iteration.
