Born as the son of an Eastern trader, the boy who would grow up to be called Storm of the Moon's Wrath was always a bit of a tricky case. He was hot-tempered, loudmouthed, and incredibly zealous about everything- especially his defense of any bullied children in his neighborhood. Of course, this usually got him in trouble. Still, he was a good child in every other respect, and strong to boot, so his parents had no problems integrating him into the family business.
At the age of sixteen or so, his father's caravan was travelling through an Eastern forest when Raksha attacked. Not expecting it so close to the civilized edge of the forest, the caravan was caught completely unawares and either destroyed or taken captive, down to the last man ... almost. The young boy managed to get away, though he himself was gravely wounded in the process. Bleeding, alone, lost, he dragged himself through the forest, making makeshift bandages from plants, eating anything slow enough to catch. When he finally reached what felt like safety, he looked up to see the smiling face of the Silver Lady.
But his problems didn't end there. While the Silver Pact is quite adept at retrieving their newest members immediately after Exaltation, this one proved to be a bit of a problem- of course, when one Exalts so close to the Opal Court, especially a Lunar Exalt, especially a Lunar Exalt who had formerly been a mortal from a caravan they'd just taken- well. Whether through wounded pride or just curiosity, they couldn't help themselves, and even a Lunar Exalt can fall prey to them, weakened and confused as he was.
It felt like forever, to him. But no force on earth can contain a Chosen of the Moon forever. Not a month after his capture, in the middle of the night, the young Lunar struck, all his mad rage focused on those who imprisoned him, ripping any raksha he could find to shreds. As he staggered out of the forest, the full moon high in the sky, he nearly ran straight into the retrieval pack sent to get him.
He told them what happened.
His subsequent initiation into the Silver Pact as a Full Moon happened the very next night. During the tattooing they granted him a name to honor Luna, taken from the furious manner in which he fought- like a raging hurricane. Storm of the Moon's Wrath went on to learn from most of the Swords of Luna, as that faction was one he drifted towards immediately, and spent most of his young Exaltation with them, in the Deep Wyld, fighting the monsters there on their own turf.
Storm never told the elders, of course, what Luna said to him on the night of his Exaltation- that was personal, and they understood. Now, though, it haunts his memory more than ever, as the world itself falls apart around them.
"Be strong, my child. Many will need that strength soon."
Storm of the Moon's Wrath is fairly average in his true form. Tall, dark, skin painted over thousandfold with thin, glimmering lines of silver, pale orange eyes. His hair is a bit odd- mottled brown, grey, and black, it looks more like plumage than anything- one strand of hair stands alone straight up above his head, no matter how hard he tries to keep it flat. Storm is one of the few Lunars who doesn't live on the outskirts of Creation, and so he dresses quite neatly in what's not quite the latest fashion, but practical and maintainable clothes anyway.
Storm is, usually, a pleasure to be around. Not the life of every party, not the shrewd manipulator, but just a source of gentle conversation and an unbiased ear. He's easy to get along with, and makes an effort to get along with others. Storm is usually smiling, or laughing, and to see him frown or scowl is unusual- and usually unnerving. He never lost his loud zeal, though, and his tendency to defend the weak never faded away. If he sees someone in trouble, he will go to great lengths to help them, sometimes at his own expense - but never at the expense of his friends, which can sometimes create some unwinnable dilemmas.
When Storm is angry, however, he gets very angry. It takes a serious crime to tick him off (usually something like EATING BABIES), but once he's angered, he focuses all his effort on removing the source of this crime. Storm can be hardheaded and stubborn about it, to the point of deliberately ignoring or undermining attempts to make him give up on his crusade if it's sufficiently horrible to warrant it.

Manses and Hearthstones
IRON SOUL STONE (MANSE •••••)
This smooth, rounded gray stone looks like an ordinary rock with no special properties. However, it protects its bearer and everything he wears or carries from all effects of the Wyld. It also inflicts one level of aggravated damage every 5 ticks to any Wyld-touched creature (including the Fair Folk and mortals assimilated by the Wyld) who comes within five yards of the bearer. Wyld creatures killed by this deadly power vanish in a puff of fine dust. All creatures associated with the Wyld can sense the stone’s deadly cold from 15 yards away. Also, all Fair Folk within a mile instantly sense if the bearer brings this stone into any portion of the Wyld deeper than the Bordermarches. Nearby Fair Folk may attempt to destroy the stone and its bearer, drive the bearer out of the Wyld, or simply flee, as they judge their strength compared to that of the stone’s bearer.
STONE OF RESILIENT BAMBOO (MANSE •••)
This cylindrical stone gleams with the bright, opaque green of living bamboo. Its bearer’s intrinsic lethal soak equals her Stamina. She can also parry lethal attacks unarmed without a stunt. In addition, the bearer regenerates one level of lethal or bashing damage every hour. This stone does not speed the healing of aggravated damage.
WILDERNESS GEM (MANSE ••••)
This rough, pale-purple triangle gives its bearer an unparalleled understanding of the wilderness. The bearer can easily find food and shelter, instinctively understands the habits of animals, can easily track prey and can accurately predict the weather. This stone adds two successes to all Survival rolls and enables its bearer to perform supernatural tracking.
