Excellencies[edit]

2nd in everything except except Sta; and 3rd Dex, App and Sta.
Instinctive Attribute unity (That one that reduces the cost for 2m) on Dex, App, Cha, Manip.

Strength[edit]

  • CLAWS OF THE SILVER MOON: 4m 1wp, Simple(speed 4), Combo-OK, Gift, Obvious, One scene. 'Increase Natural attack stats by +2 acc and +(Str)L damage. For 2m more, acc bonus becomes +(Dex). For another 2m, damage bonus becomes +(Str+2)/(Ess+1) with the O tag. Commit 3m for best claws in gift mode.
  • Impressions of Strength: 2m, Supplemental, Instant. Fury- OK The blows of the Lunar Exalted possess an unparalleled raw power. This Charm supplements an attack, to which the character applies one of the following edges:
  • Rocks to Pebbles Attitude: Increase pre-soak damage by three dice for each time this edge is activated.

At ess4 can apply two edges at once (or the same twice) for 4 motes. When used with Fury, add one edge to all attacks.

  • Burrowing Devil Strike: 2m, Supplemental, Instant. Fury- OK Makes attacks piercing. When activated with Lunar Fury, hand-to-hand attacks become piercing for the duration.
  • CONSUMPTIVE WORM HUNGERS Cost: —; Permanent This Charm permanently enhances Burrowing Devil Strike. The Lunar temporarily becomes able to ignore a target’s armor completely. When using Burrowing Devil Strike, the character must spend an additional point of Willpower to use this function.
  • TEARING CLAW ATEMI 3m; Supplemental; Combo-OK; Instant; Double the raw damage or characters strength for feats of strength against inanimate objects, for either throwing or breaking.
  • YEDDIM’S-BACK METHOD 4m; Simple; Combo-OK; Indefinite; Commit 4m to let the Lunar lift objects as through her (str+ath) were doubled. With Sta 4+ She accrues no fatigue from her lifting.
  • THROAT-BARING HOLD 4m; Reflexive (Step 10); Duration: Until next action; Crushing deals no damage. Roll (Str+MA). Each sux reduces target’s B&L soak by one until the Lunar’s next action.
  • JAWS OF THE RIVER DRAGON 4m; Reflexive (Step 10); Combo-OK; Duration: Until next action; In addition to crushing damage the victim of this Charm suffers an external penalty on the next opposed grapple check equal to the Lunar’s Essence.
  • WASP-BINDING METHOD 3m, 1wp; Supplemental; Combo-OK, Obvious; (Strength x 2) actions; This Charm supplements a clinch attack or an opposed grapple check, during which strands of Essence wrap around the Lunar’s target at her direction. If the grapple check succeeds, the character leaves the grapple while her Essence solidifies around the target. The bindings appear to be constricting bands of silvery Essence, the papery cocoon of a wasp or some other strange containment. This leaves the Lunar free to perform other actions while her magic holds her opponent. On each of the Lunar’s subsequent actions, her player rolls her opposed grapple check as normal, in addition to anything else the character does. If the Lunar desires, she may supplement this check with Excellencies but no other Charms.
  • CUNNING PORCUPINE DEFENSE 5m, 1wp; Reflexive; Combo-OK, Obvious; Indefinite; Anyone who engages in hand to hand with the lunar suffers (ess) damage dice per attack and one that grapples with them suffers (Str+5)L damage per action.

Dexterity[edit]

  • GOLDEN TIGER STANCE Cost: 2m. Type: Reflexive (Step 2). Combo-OK, Fury-OK. Instant The Charm eliminates up to (Dexterity) points of penalties that apply to the character’s Dodge and Parry Defense Values. When activated with Relentless Lunar Fury, Golden Tiger Stance automatically eliminates up to (Dexterity ÷ 2) points of penalties to Dodge and Parry Defense Values at all times. This does not stack with invoked instances of Golden Tiger Stance.
  • WARY SWALLOW METHOD: Cost: 1m; Reflexive (Step 2) Combo-OK Duration: Instant; This Charm removes the unexpected quality from a single attack, allowing the character to use her appropriate Defense Values and defensive Charms against it. Attacks that are unblockable or undodgeable remain so.
  • WIND-DANCING METHOD Cost: 3m; Type: Reflexive (Step 9) Combo-OK, Counterattack Duration: Instant; Counter attack to move (Dex+ Dodge) yards in a direction of my choice. Ends flurries if opponent can't keep up. Can't be used against a counter attack.
  • FLOWING BODY EVASION Cost: 4m; Type: Reflexive (Step 2) Keywords: Combo-OK, Obvious; One action; Perfect dodge. Something Flaw.
  • Flowing Body Ascension Spend 2m more when activating Flowing Body Evasion to make it action Long
  • Becoming Waters Envy This makes Flowing Body Evasion Fury Ok. The character suffers a Flaw of Invulnerability through RLF.
  • Graceful Crane Stance 3m. Reflexive. One Scene. Combo-Ok. Automatic success on any valid athletic action to keep balance. Any surface at least as strong and wide as human hair is treated as three foot wide and able to support thousands of pounds when determining what movement and athletic actions she can take/ what penalties would apply to them.
  • LIGHT-FOOTED MOUNTAIN GOAT STANCE 3m; Mins: Dexterity 3, Essence 2; Type: Reflexive; Combo-OK One scene; Eliminate all movement/ environmental penalties. Add (Dex) to athletics to determine if the character must roll to keep their balance. This cost 1m if Graceful Crane is active.
  • CAT-FALLING ATTITUDE 1m; Reflexive; Instant; Activate during/ at the end of a fall, divide the number of yards the character falls by in half, the fall does not inflict Lethal unless the fall covers 50 yards+. The lunar always lands on their feet.

  • Relentless Lunar Fury: 1m 1wp, Reflexive, (ess*2) 10 actions. One automatic success in all combat actions. No wound penalties until below -1. Ignore fatigue. Maximum benefit from physical Attribute Excellencies foes to (Attribute+Essence). Two motes per Fury-OK charm. Can use up to (Essence) Fury-OK charms. At 3+ charms, Relentless Lunar Fury becomes Obvious. Can only take combat actions unless: a successful willpower roll (reflexive), allowing one none-combat action, or rolling willpower at difficulty Valor.
  • BRUISE-RELIEF METHOD: Cost: 1m+. Type: Reflexive. Combo-OK, Gift. Duration: Instant 1B health level/m. No more than (Sta) levels in a one action. Can be used when unconscious. Can commit two motes when activating DBT in order to regenerate one level of bashing damage reflexively each action; this does not stack with deliberate activations of this Charm for greater healing.
  • HALTING THE SCARLET FLOW: Cost: 2m+. Type: Reflexive. Combo-OK, Obvious, Gift. Duration: Instant. Each use of this Charm heals a single level of lethal damage. This miscellaneous action may be performed as part of a flurry.
  • DURABLE BATTLE-MIND Permanent; Increases the duration of Relentless Lunar Fury by four actions.
  • STEADFAST YEDDIM MEDITATION 2m+; Reflexive; Combo-OK, Fury-OK, Stackable; One scene; For each 2m spent, the character ignores one point of internal penalties from wounds. The lunar may cancel (Sta/2) points. In fury this ignores all wound penalties.
  • UNSTOPPABLE JUGGERNAUT INCARNATION 3m; Reflexive; Combo-OK, Stackable; Indefinite; Damage that would go into incap levels instead goes into a pool and the character continues to operate as normal as long as the motes remain committed. Releasing 1m is like releasing them all and will probably kill you.
  • LUNA’S FORTITUDE 4m; Reflexive; Combo-OK, Fury-OK; Until next action; The character ignores the effect of falling unconscious/dying till their next action, as long as she has enough essence to use this charm she need not die. Once the lunar stops using the charm she suffers whatever fate she has avoided. With RLT this charm acts until the rage ends.
  • Directional Mastery 6m, reflexive, indefinite.
  • Center: The character is immune to environmental crippling effects. She takes no damage from avalanches or cave-ins, and being crushed by a ton of rubble is a mere inconvenience. A sandstorm tickles her skin.
  • East: The character is unaffected by plant-based toxins. Irritating insects avoid her or cannot penetrate her skin, and she never develops annoying rashes. Other creatures that swarm ignore her. Insects that actually damage her subtract three from their dice pools and raw damage values.
  • North: The character takes no damage from chill or extreme cold. She never catches a chill. Terrible ice storms provide a pleasant massage. She never feels uncomfortably cold, only pleasantly cool.
  • South: The character may walk through natural and magical flames without pain. Fire does not burn her clothing. Extreme heat does not harm her. She never feels uncomfortably hot, only pleasantly warm. In sandstorms, particles do not even get stuck in her clothing.
  • West: The character is comfortable and can breathe at all depths. Venoms of marine life do not affect her, and she takes no damage from schools of small, dangerous fish or other masses of underwater creatures.
  • EXTERNAL HIDE PERFECTION Permanent; Lunars become true masters of their territories. This Charm permanently enhances all (Directional) Mastery Technique Charms the character knows. It eliminates the exception made for other characters’ deliberation and intention; the character never suffers damage or penalties from dangers covered by his (Directional) Mastery Technique Charms.
  • MIGHT-BOLSTERING BLOW 2m; Supplemental; Combo-OK, Fury-OK; Instant; When an attack hits A target, the character regains one mote/ one sux up to (Stamina). If the attack also inflicts damage, the character regains one mote/ one level up to (Stamina). The attack must be a display of power, can't destroy a pillow, etc.
  • ARMOR-FORMING TECHNIQUE 1m per 3 soak; Reflexive (Step 7); Combo-OK, Gift, Obvious; One scene; 1m/3 B+L soak and 1A soak, up to (ess)m. Armor is obvious and only works with moonsilver armor
  • STONE RHINO’S SKIN 4m; Reflexive (Step 7); Combo-OK; Instant; Set your hardness to your bashing and lethal soak values. Ignore armor for working out hardness.
  • INVULNERABLE MOONSILVER CARAPACE 6m per action, 1wp; Reflexive (Step 7); Combo-OK, Obvious; Until next action; White glowing armor. Grants +15 soak all around and ping is taken down to 0. May pay 6m per action to keep this going. This does not count as charm use.

Charisma[edit]

  • DOG-TONGUE METHOD 1m, 1wp; Simple; Combo-OK; One scene; May speak to Animals, makes them valid targets for a social attack. Can use the charm without the WP cost, but this only allows them to talk to animal's who's shape they're in. Can talk to people with this, can also understand what animals are saying while this is active.
  • COBRA HYPNOTIC METHOD 7m; Simple; Combo-OK, Obvious, Social; Duration: (Essence) actions; Six Long Ticks long, rolls (Charisma + [Presence for single targets, or Performance for groups]. Anyone who has an mDV less than the sux stops for (ess) actions. Must spend 2wp to resist this UMI.
  • UNNOTICED CONFUSION ATTACK 4m; Supplemental; Combo-OK, Social; Instant; This Charm may supplement any social attack, allowing the Exalt’s player to roll (Charisma + relevant Ability) reflexively, and makes anyone whose Mental Defense Value is less than the successes on that roll forget the supplemented social attack. This unnatural influence may still be countered by spending two points of Willpower.
  • RAPID-SPEECH TECHNIQUE 1m per penalty; Supplemental; Combo-OK, Social; Instant; Each mote spent reduces the multiple action penalties on a single social attack by one, to a minimum of -1.
  • SECRET SPEECH METHOD 5m; Supplemental; Combo-OK, Illusion, Social; Instant; Any social attack supplemented by this Charm can be detected only by (up to ess*2) individuals. Roll (Cha+ Per). Any non-targeted person whose Dodge Mental Defense Value is less than the rolled successes suffers an illusion effect: Instead of the Lunar’s message, the person hears ordinary chit-chat, a bloviating speech or some other content-free communication that suits the circumstances.
  • INSTINCT MEMORY INSERTION 3m; Supplemental; Combo-OK, Social; Instant; This Charm supplements a Charisma-based action to relate information to another person, whether it is a long-winded story, a series of brief but complex instructions or boring genealogy of an important family. The information becomes supernaturally memorable to the target or targets, giving them the storyteller’s (Charisma) in bonus dice to any attempt to remember the information, details and all, at any point in the future. Lunars use this to pass on their oral history while losing as few details as possible... not that they don’t occasionally embellish or leave out embarrassing bits.
  • CHARISMATIC LUNAR TRICK 6m; Supplemental; Combo-OK, Social; Instant; Turns NMI to UMI.
  • HARD-NOSED DENIAL STYLE 4m; Reflexive (Step 2); Combo-OK, Social; One scene; Perfect social parry. Gives a -2 external on all subsequent NMI attacks to make the same, or similar arguments for the rest of the scene.
  • OUTWORLD-FORSAKING STANCE 3m; Reflexive (Step 2); Combo-OK, Holy, Obvious, Social; Instant; Perfect mental parry against CoDs. Adds (Cha) to parry or dDV but only against a CoD.
  • FOE-TURNING REBUKE 4m; Mins: Simple;Combo-OK, Compulsion, Holy, Obvious, Social; Duration: (Essence x 2) actions; Roll (Cha+Pres) against targets mDV, if successful, the targeted CoD must cease approaching the exalt or anyone they obviously protect. Costs 3wp to shake this off. The lunar can spend 1wp while using this to use Perform against CoD's in an area.
  • SCATHING LUNAR CONDEMNATION 8m, 1wp; Simple; Combo-OK, Compulsion, Holy, Obvious, Social; Instant; Roll (Cha+Pres) against a single target (Cha+Perform) against a group of CoDs, against CoDs double the sux. If this succeeds the creature must travel as far away from the Lunar as possible or pay 2wp to stick around, CoDs must pay 4wp. This can only be used once per story on the same enemy.
  • Morning Blossoms Blooming 12m 2wp, Simple (Speed 7), Holy, Obvious, one scene; Silver Light shines from the lunar and (ess*10) yards around her, effects which are adverse to her, her friends or creation cease in that area. CoDs within the area take environmental damage 1A and trauma (ess)L.

Manipulation[edit]

  • MASK OF WHITE JADE 2m; Reflexive; Combo-OK; Instant; When someone rolls against your Manip, (to catch you lying, for example), the character may use this charm to make that roll automatically fail. When the characters roll is supported by a charm, this cost +1wp to use. The character does not need to activate this a single time for the same lie.
  • CAT-FACE PRESENTATION 2m; Supplemental; Combo-OK, Social; Instant; Makes a social attack unexpected.
  • LABYRINTH OF THE BEAST 2m; Reflexive (Step 2); Combo-OK, Social; Instant; The lunars mind becomes like an animal. Protects the character from all NMI social attacks. She remembers what was said, but it has no effect.
  • COMMANDED TO FLY 6m; Reflexive (Step 9); Combo-OK, Counterattack, Social; Varies; Against incoming UMI, the character rolls their (Manip+ Pres) against their 'own' mDV (-1) to add another element to the UMI to make it unacceptable so the character may resist without having to spend WP. This effect lasts as long as the essence is committed, if it's dropped during the time limit on the UMI, the character must pay WP.

Appearance[edit]

  • NEW FRIEND AROMA Cost: 3m; Type: Simple Combo-OK, Social, One scene A character may invoke this Charm at her first meeting with an individual to convince the target that the Lunar is her friend or foe. The Lunar’s player rolls (Charisma + Presence) against the target’s Mental Defense Value for this unnatural mental influence. Success creates an Intimacy in the target toward the character as a friend or foe, as desired. Recognizing and rejecting this influence costs one point of Willpower. Only natural mental influence or stronger Charms can make the Intimacy permanent.
  • PERFECT SYMMETRY Cost: 4m; Simple Combo-OK One scene In nature, creatures that appear more symmetrical are considered more fit to survive, better mates and therefore more attractive. Calling on her Essence, the Lunar gives herself an air of impossible perfection, doubling the maximum Mental Defense Value bonus or penalty she can inflict or benefit from based on difference in Appearance. At Essence 6, the Exalt does away with the limit altogether.
  • HIDE OF THE CUNNING HUNTER 2m; Reflexive; Combo-OK; Indefinite; This charm hides all blemishes, even moonsilver tattoos from site. Supernatural senses can still see them, but not normal ones.
  • ONE OF THE HERD3m; Mins: Reflexive; Combo-OK, Illusion; One scene; Perception rolls to pick this character out of a crowd take an internal penalty of the characters (ess). Even if the character is alone.
  • OBSERVED PREDATOR INSTINCT 4m; Simple; Combo-OK, Illusion; One scene; When the lunar believes she is being watched rolled (App+Pres/perf+ess) against the targets mDV. They become unsettled/ comfortable and believe the lunar is watching them/ keikaku, etc.
  • GLANCE-ORATION TECHNIQUE 5m, 1wp; Simple; Combo-OK, Obvious; One scene; Can communicate without the need for words, using body language. Can use social abilities without speaking, reduces the speed of social combat by 1. Can speak to anyone or anything regardless of tongue,
  • IRRESISTIBLE SILVER SPIRIT Cost: 5m, 1wp; Reflexive (Step 1); Combo-OK

Duration: (Essence x 2) long ticks; Gain 1 autosux to all social actions. Ignore fatigue and increase the dice cap for social to (att+ess). Name an objective you want through social combat, each action must be in effort to achieve that. It takes a (wp) roll to do anything but work towards that goal, and even these actions suffer -2 internal penalty. It takes a (wp) roll at dif (ess) to end the charm prematurely.

Perception[edit]

  • EYE OF THE CAT 6m; Simple; Combo-OK, Fury-OK; One scene; Automatically notices anything noticeable that is not a valid target for perception, including immaterial beings and invisible/ scentless, etc, beings. Though if there is a possibility of the target being noticed, this charm does not function.
  • DEVIL-RESTRAINING GRIP 5m, 1wp; Simple; Combo-OK, Obvious; One scene; When you can see a spirit, roll (per+occult) dif (their ess) if successful the target cannot go further than (their ess*4) yards from you, it may not dematerialize unless the lunar allows it and must materialize if the lunar wishes. If it lacks essence to materialize, the lunar pays the difference, if together they can't afford it, nothing happens.
  • GOD-CUTTING ESSENCE 1m; Supplemental; Combo-OK, Obvious; Instant; Can hit immaterial, deal agg.
  • SPIRIT-MAIMING ESSENCE ATTACK 3m; Reflexive (Step 8); Combo-OK, Obvious; Instant; Add ess to post soak damage against a spirit. The spirit then dies when they are killed.
  • INSTINCTIVE ESSENCE PREDICTION 4m; Simple; Combo-OK, Fury-OK; One scene; Roll (Per+Ess) against a charm being used, dif (Charms min. ess), if you succeed you get the gist of what the charm does.
  • Keen Hearing and Touch Technique: 3m, Reflexive, Combo-OK, Scene. 2 autosux to awareness rolls involving hearing/touch and can pick up stuff too faint for human senses, reduces external penalty to target unseen characters to -1 and internal penalty from blindness to -2.
  • Unsurpassed Hearing and Touch: 2m, Reflexive, Combo-OK, Scene. Doubles success on rolls dealing with smell/taste up to (per) additional sux, unless the lunar is in the form of an animal known for that sense, (Eagle for seeing, blood hound for smelling, etc.)
  • Keen Sight Technique: 3m, Reflexive, Combo-OK, Scene. 2 autosux to awareness rolls involving Sight and can pick up stuff too faint for human senses, reduces external penalty to target unseen characters to -1 and internal penalty from blindness to -2.
  • Unsurpassed Sight: 2m, Reflexive, Combo-OK, Scene. Doubles success on rolls dealing with sight up to (per) additional sux, unless the lunar is in the form of an animal known for that sense, (Eagle for seeing, blood hound for smelling, etc.)

Wits[edit]

  • THE SPIDER’S TRAP DOOR 4m; Supplemental; Combo-OK, Illusion; Instant; Supplements an action to hide something using (wits+ relevant ability), the item becomes undetectable by any awareness rolls using mortal senses. By committing the motes the character may create an illusion effect, any person that comes near the item suffers (the rolls sux+ lunars ess) as an UMI social attack to see the area as undisturbed.
  • THIEVING MAGPIE PRANA 3m; Simple; Combo-OK; Instant; Makes the lunar able to hide something in seconds, instead of a dramatic action.
  • MANY-POCKETS MEDITATION 2m; Simple (Speed 5); Combo-OK,; Touch; Duration: Indefinite; A character may store up to (ess) items they can hold in their hand in elsewhere or somewhere, must commit ess.
  • MEERKAT ALERTNESS PRACTICE 2m; Supplemental; Combo-OK; Instant; Add (ess) autosux to a JB roll.
  • FURIOUS UNHAPPY RECOURSE 6m; Reflexive (Step 9); Combo-OK, Counterattack; Instant; this charm provides a counter attack at the characters full dice pool, plus autosux = onslaught penalty suffered. If the attack hits, the targets player rolls (sta+ res) dif (lunar's ess), if they fail, their flurry immediately ends.
  • HUNGRY EAGLE METHOD 5m; Reflexive (Step 9); Combo-Basic, Counterattack; Until next action; May make counter attacks against anyone who makes a melee/ ma attack against her until her next action.

Knacks[edit]

  • HUMBLE MOUSE SHAPE Essence 2, Stamina 3; Characters as small as a mouse.
  • EMERALD GRASSHOPPER FORM Humble Mouse Shape, Essence 3, Stamina 4; Characters as small as a house fly.
  • PREY’S SKIN DISGUISE This Knack enables the Lunar to take the form of another human (or basically human creature), costs 1wp to take a false human shape. The base time of the hunt is half a day, during which time the character studies the person’s habits and nature. absorbing them the same way she will steal the person’s body.
  • HYBRID BODY REARRANGEMENT The exalt can choose (ess+4) mutations based on their totem/ hearts blood animals and activate them for 1m.
  • INTERNAL FORM MASTERY May use highest dex of current form/ human form.
  • TWIN-FACED HERO Gender bending fun. Aww yeah.
  • DEADLY BEASTMAN TRANSFORMATION: The Lunar may shift into War form, a deadly amalgam of her two True forms.

Bonus Attributes: When taking in War form, gain one additional point in Strength, Dexterity and Stamina. These are considered natural for calculating dice maximums.
While in war form, the Lunar can completely regrow lost limbs or organs using healing charms.
When she falls into Dying health levels, her wounds do not worsen. She does not lose additional levels of damage, she remains that wounded until someone stabilizes her or she uses a charm to heal a point of lethal damage.

  • QUICKSILVER SECOND FACE: Spend 1 mote and form changing between any two forms is a speed 3 action, not 5.
  • Lightning change style: Shifting shape is reflexive for +3 motes
  • CONSTANT QUICKSILVER REARRANGEMENT Prerequisites: Lightning-Change Style, Essence 5, Wits 5 Commit 4m, changes are reflexive.
  • DEVASTATING OGRE ENHANCEMENT Prerequisites: Deadly Beastman Transformation, Essence 5, Strength 4 Warform is now +2 and more scary! >:D

Terrifying Mane: The character has a long mane of hair that can move according to her will and can extend up to 10 yards. The character can form multiple hair “tentacles” but is subject to normal penalties for multiple sections no matter how many tentacles she fashions. These hair tentacles are strong enough to support the character’s weight, easily allowing her to climb walls or brachiate through trees using only her hair to support her. The tentacles have the same Strength and Dexterity as the character herself. When the character does not actively control her hair, it tends to move about on its own, although it does not grow past its normal length unless the character wishes.
Cheetahs pace: The mutation alters a human recipient’s entire body: when running at full speed, including Dash actions, the character must go to all fours. This is not compatible with carrying weapons ready for use, or any other activity that requires hands; when the character stops running, she must spend the normal amount of time to draw weapons or otherwise prepare to use her hands again (typically a Miscellaneous action or a Join Battle roll, as circumstances warrant). +6 to Dex for movement and +6 str for jumping. +3 to competitive running. In long term movement the character may go as fast as a simple horse relay.
Changing Coloration This pox is an inferior version of the Chameleon affliction. The character cannot use her control over her skin tone to conceal herself, but she can changes her markings and skin color at will to form decorative patterns. Deep Sages have developed a non-verbal language using skin color, which is their preferred method of communication. A character can learn this language as a normal Linguistics specialty but cannot communicate with this language unless he also has this pox.

The Lunar is a bastion of attractiveness. As soon as someone sees them they can’t look away, mesmerized by their face, their posture, their body, suddenly thoughts become so inconsequential and all the person can do is watch this radiant being exist. This charm is an upgrade to Perfect Symmetry which makes it permanent by committing the mote cost of the charm.
