Appearance[edit]
Like others of his breed, Rhakekossshkek stands a perpetually hunched 4 feet tall, his impressive wingspan folded against his bony frame as he carries himself with a relaxed, yet confident waddle. Too much of a packrat to leave anything he values behind on his nomadic travels, Rhak is always weighed down with some manner of belted rucksacks and pouches, their contents clinking and rattling at the slightest movement, to say nothing of actually flying. Distinctive bands of white and black trace over his blue-scaled muzzle, throwing the youthfully iridescent green and yellow feathers around his face and neck into stark relief. He keeps himself and his "few" belongings impeccably neat and tidy, and is prone to fiddling with buttons on his various knapsacks and cleaning his precariously-balanced crystal spectacles if he has nothing to keep his claws busy.
Good-natured and looking at all the world as an adventure to be savored, Rhak takes everything in stride, analyzing the most minute details to the point of absurdity. Although not quick to anger, he's not above using these observations for cutting remarks on the sly if he can help himself.

Clear Air (Breed)
● Clarity of Hearing and Touch: (3m, One Scene, Simple) +2 successes for Hearing/Touch-based rolls. May pay 1m reflexively to switch to Sight or Smell/Taste.

Yielding Earth
● Balm of Health: (3m, Instant, Simple) Mortal targets may resist a disease or infection like an Exalt. If they are supernatural or Exalted, they add [Path Rating] dice to the Stamina + Resistance roll.
●● Repair: (3m, Instant, Supplemental) Restores all Health Levels to an Object so long as it is of a Resources below [Path Rating] after a successful Int+Craft roll at a difficulty equal to craft the object normally. Failed rolls or dots above Path Rating will look as though they will work, but break at the first use. Functions only on whole, broken mundane objects, not those worn down from time or missing pieces.
●●● Speed Healing: (3m 1w, Indefinite, Simple) Target (may be self) heals at [Path Rating] times their normal Speed for Bashing and Lethal while essence is committed.
Blazing Fire (Favored)
● First Light: (1m, One Scene, Reflexive) Makes a touched object or person glow to a radius of 10 yards. -2 dice against Stealth checks in normal light, impossible for targets to make Stealth checks in dark areas.
●● Lesser Conjuration of Flame: (3m, One Scene, Simple) Sets a being or object on fire for 2L/action with a Trauma of 1. If applied to natural weapons this is harmless, but cannot be removed and adds directly to damage rolls.
●●● Bolt of Fire: (1m per 2L, Instant, Simple) Throw fire with Dex + Thrown + Path Rating, with a maximum range of Path Rating x20 yards. Deals 2L per mote + extra successes, up to Path Rating motes. Adding another 3m causes a fire on the target as per Lesser Conjuration of Flame for (Path Rating) actions.
Flowing Water
● Clinging Puddle Style: (2m, One Scene, Simple) May walk across a solid surface at any angle, so long as it can support the weight. Adds [Path Rating] successes to any roll to resist Knockback/down. Disables if the user Dashes or increases speed.
Spells[edit]
Burning Eyes of the Offender: (10m) All attacks within 100 yards against the user take an internal penalty equal to Essence, even if DV does not apply. Only closing ones eyes and/or suffering blind penalties prevents this penalty. May be dispelled as a Reflexive action.
Emerald Countermagic: (10/20m) Speed 0 action. Renders user immune to one opposing spell/counters Sorcery spells of the first Circle. Has no effect on Necromancy.
Empathic Wind: (15m) Sends all immediate sensory information to another ally up to Essence x50 miles away, regardless of barriers. Roll Per + Awareness, each success is a transferred sense, more than 5 includes users emotional state and wound penalties.
Impervious Sphere of Water: (15m) Manifests 10 foot sphere of breathable water (air if underwater) with 20L/20B soak and 35 health levels as an Object. Cannot move, speak or take reflexive actions while concentrating on maintaining the sphere, and physical attacks cannot be sent outside it.
Impenetrable Frost Barrier: (20m) Creates a swirling fog around the user and any allies for 10-15 feet, inflicting an external penalty of Essence x2 on all ranged attacks. Projectiles 30 pounds or more are unaffected.
Ritual of Elemental Empowerment: (30+m) Enchants a mundane object with an elemental nature, up to Essence x5 pounds, plus an additional 5 pounds per 5 motes spent. Assisting elementals by add their essence to the user's for determining weight, but the spell costs an additional Willpower for each elemental beyond the first, up to (Essence).
