In addition, attackers must make a reflexive (Wits + Integrity) roll with a difficulty of the charm user’s Performance before attacking. If the attacker fails, they suffer a –2 external penalty to their attack roll.

User rolls his/her (Charisma + Performance) dice pool. This Charm is a magical flurry containing one action per success. In addition, stunts containing a detailed description of dance moves and a ludicrous amount of “HOOOOs!” allow the user to roll his Performance pool and gain a number of motes equal to his successes.

You leap into the spotlight with your hand over your Essence infused junk, thrusting your pelvis forward and gyrating it slowly while screaming a loud “HOOOOO!’ at the top of your lungs. The charm's user must roll (Charisma + Performance) versus its targets (allies, opponents, and spectators)(Integrity + Valor). All onlookers (Including allies and foes) are affected. Infuriating Groin Shout causes your allies to gain your Performance rating as a bonus to their attack pools while foes subtract your Performance rating from their DVs. This effect lasts until the target(s) next action. Spectators only gain half of your Performance rating as a bonus to their attack pools and as a penalty to their DVs.

This technique allows its users to cause everyone in a to feel the compulsion to get off their butts and dance! Its user rolls (Charisma + Performance) with automatic successes equal to the user’s essence against its target(s) Dodge MDV. If the user succeeds, everyone in a (Essence x 3) yard radius ignores what they are currently doing and begins to dance. The effect lasts 10 ticks or 10 long ticks and effected targets will not respond to any outward stimuli unless it is life threatening. The effect costs 1wp to resist and the target gains a point of Limit/Resonance (if they are Exalted). Undead, Ghosts, Zombies, Ghost-Blooded, and Abyssal Exalted suffer aggravated damage equal to the user’s (Charisma + Performance) pool and must pay a total of 3wp to resist.
