Motivation: Be the best musician in Creation
Anima Banner/Totem: Huge orchestra, playing along with his battle song. They all have orichalcum instruments and appear to be more glorious and powerful than anything the witnesses have ever seen.

(Perform) Heart-Compelling Method: 6m, Supplemental, One Scene. Supplement a Performance-based roll to rouse emotion. It exerts unnatural mental influence on every valid target of this roll. If their MDV is less than the extra successes on this roll, this Charm influences the desired emotions intensely for a scene.
(Melee) Dipping Swallow Defense: 2m, Reflexive (Step 2), Instant. Ignore all penalties to Parry DV in response to an attack.
(Melee) Bulwark Stance: 5m, Reflexive (Step 2), Until Next Action. Ignore all penalties to Parry DV until next action.
(Melee) Heavenly Guardian Defense: 4m, Reflexive (Step 2), Instant. This Charm perfectly parries against any attack, even if it's unblockable. Mundane weapons can break when parrying if the Raw damage of the attack is 25L or greater, though it still parries. This charm has the Flaw of Conviction: it cannot be used when Clarion's actions are contrary to his Motivation.
(Dodge) Reflex Sidestep Technique: 1m, Reflexive (Step 2), Instant. In response to a single unexpected attack, make that attack no longer unexpected.
Unlimited Combos as per Fixalted, rules are:
Using this rule, combos are not bought with experience points. Instead a character can use any combo, containing any number of charms, at any time. All other rules concerning combo-use still apply. Thus a Willpower point must be spent, the combo cannot contain Simple charms, and the whole combo must be announced as the character takes their action (including any defensive charms the character intends to use).
In addition, at the beginning of the character's next action, they must pay for a single use of any reflexive charms that they included in the combo but did not use any instances of between the two actions. This is to prevent characters automatically including all of their reflexive charms in a combo for free, just in case.
This ruling preserves the dragon-blooded advantage. Some sort of bonus for Lunars is probably desirable.

At the bulbous base is a socket filled with Clarion's hearthstone, Molto. In battle he hits it against the ground first to produce a perfect A6, and as it touches enemies it shreds them apart with flawless, deadly resonance. Thus the damage is not done through impact, but through the vibrations of the fork, creating a vibrohammer-like effect.
