Background[edit]
Born to a Chayan merchant & a Nexus streetwalker, Chei Yun grew up in Nexus. It was a hard life, being for all intents and purposes orphaned, flitting from one gang to the next for protection & company. When he was 11, he finally stuck with one gang; The Twisting Shadow. Run by a God of Crime & Larceny, this gang was rather successful. The God managed to evade censure just by being that good at misleading and evading it.
Chei Yun proved to be very good at being a mediator in inter-gang disputes, inventing a minor ritual of trust; The Chain Link Assurance, where two people wrap their pinky fingers around each other and say what they promise to do at the same time. It was a very popular method of argument resolving.
One day, Chei Yun snorted some Celestial Cocaine he stole off of his gang leader when he was 13, making him essence-aware, and allowing him to use Essence. There was a certain tenacity seen in him after he smashed someone in the face so hard it caved in(while he was feeling the walls because he could feel every single bump, man), a Terrestrial sifu took him under his wing to learn the First Pulse Style. He was later murdered, but not before Chei Yun could take a notable stack of the Water Caste's martial arts tomes.
Learning to read was another matter altogether.

Immaculates done a crackdown on The Twisting Shadow, it was rumored to have ties with Anathema.
Chei Yun taken under Immaculate's wing due to his ability to actually punch an Immaculate in the face at 14, and one older Immaculate there felt sorry for such a promising youth to have grown up in such an environment.
Spent the rest of his years with the Immaculates, learning how to read, how to fight PROPERLY, etc.
While going on missions with fellow Immaculates, he somehow managed to always be the one to diplomatically settle disputes, without resorting to fists, dogma, or thuggery.
At 80, he Exalted soon after settling a nearly-deadly dispute between four gods, some merchants, a Fair Folk, a Golem of some sort, and a tribe of Buck Ogres.
Maintains contact with the person who took him under his wing; in fact, the guy gave Chei his Orichalcum Smashfists.
Chei now wanders, and has taken up The Organization out of sheer whimsical fancy; he hasn't tried THIS out. Let's give it a go.

Martial Arts Martial Arts Essence Flow: Permanent. The first, second, & third excellencies are now usable as innate abilities and thus don't count as charm use. Incompatible with Infinite Martial Arts Mastery.
First Pulse Stubborn Monkey Hesitation 3m, Reflexive, Instant, Combo-OK. Initiates a battle where everyone else has to roll join battle(Except for those who explicitly do not get involved), but Chei acts on Tick 0.
Solar Hero Fists of Iron Technique 1m. Supplemental, Combo-OK, instant. +1 acc, +2L and makes an unarmed attack lethal.
Solar Hero Sledgehammer Fist Punch 3m. Combo-OK. Obvious. Instant. Supplemental. Doubles raw damage of attack against an inanimate object.
Solar Hero Dragon Coil Technique 3m. Reflexive, Combo-OK, until next action. +Essence in dice to dice pools to inflict, maintain, and control a clinch. Adds Essence to damage of clinch Crush attacks. Cannot be put in a combo with extra-action charms.
Solar Hero Solar Hero Form 6m. Simple, scenelong, obvious. Reflexively spend 1 mote to double martial arts successes for the purposes of determining damage. Must spend one mote reflexively in step 7 to do this. Character can make unarmed martial arts parries against ranged & lethal attacks without a stunt.
Solar Hero Hammer on Iron Technique 3m, 1 wp. Instant, Combo-OK, Extra Action. This charm is a magical flurry of (Essence+1) Martial Arts attacks. Only count the DV penalty from the highest penalty of any attack, all attacks must be on the same target.
Solar Hero Solar Hero Supremacy 5m+1wp. Simple. Combo-Basic, Obvious, Scenelong. While this charm is active, Charms of Solar Hero Style have their mote costs reduced by 3 motes, to a minimum of 0, and do not count as Charm use with regard to Combos as long as the Solar didn't use the same charms on her last action. With Storyteller Approval, player-created Solar Martial Arts Charms, and the expansion charms in Exalted 2nd Edition Corebook and Scroll of the Monk, defined as those branching of of existing Solar Hero Charms, are also effected by this charm.

Dodge Shadow Over Water 1m. Reflexive, instant, combo-ok. Ignore all penalties that apply to dodge DV against a single attack. Undodgable attacks still set dodge DV to 0.
Dodge Seven Shadow Evasion 3m. Reflexive, Instant, Combo-OK, Obvious. Perfectly dodge an attack. Carries the flaw of Conviction.
Bureaucracy Second Bureaucracy Excellency 2m/sux. It's the 2nd excellency. Get sux. cap of mote expenditure is Attribute+Ability.
Bureaucracy Speed the Wheels 8m. Roll Int or Cha+Bur with Essence as added sux. If it beats a difficulty of 1, the time needed to begin a project is divided by the Solar's Essence+1. If someone responsible for the project engages in delays, subtract an external penalty of That person's Int+Bureaucracy/2 from the successes on the bureaucracy roll. THE SOLAR IS AWARE OF THESE DELAYING TACTICS.
