Ikeshti are a race of red-skinned, iguana-faced lizardfolk native to Akiton (not!Mars) in Pathfinder and Starfinder. While they were first introduced in Pathfinder, they didn't have stats or even a name (they were simply called "the red-skinned lizardfolk of the deep desert") until their Starfinder update.
