Phoeboul is the elven god of dreams, and the patron of the city of Dreta Phantas in Praemal.
Worshippers[edit]
The temples of Phoeboul are quiet places, as the elves believe that he can only be truly worshipped while dreaming. There are always some acolytes sleeping within the temples when not performing other duties. The clergy spends much its time dreamspeaking, a fancy term for interpreting dreams and cataloging them, along with teaching others about lucid dreaming and selling potions and remedies for nightmares.
