Hey, you know how the rcadians put too many Lawful Neutral people in one spot and so lost that layer to Mechanus? Well I was wondering, if you put a bunch of, say, True Neutral people on one cube in this plane, would the entire layer shift to the Outlands, or just the one cube?2001:4930:48:53:74F5:A50F:5E59:AF37 23:20, 3 October 2018 (UTC)
