The demon fetus isn't that little kid that appeared during the fairy island shit. It was absorbed into Griffith during the egg of the king shit and the revival of Griffith.

• The new chapter kind of alludes a connection between the demon fetus, Griffith and moonlight boy. I swear to Muira that if it is indeed true that Griffith magically turns into a small boy every full moon, than this is either one of the most hilarious, dumbest, saddest, rage inducing and surprising plot twist in this manga. Man this is gonna be one heck of an awkward family reunion if that turns out to be the case. If Griffith somehow ended up as Guts and Casca's child, I am gonna flip the fucking table.
