It's fine if there's no realization that black suit /pol/ is canonically infactuated with someone more than 10 years ago. I just think it's bad for newer boards to have backstories that would make them look bad in the long run if they associate with a board tan that was never interested to begin with. Try /pol/'s green suit variation. It was actually created on /pol/ rather than the rebranded/new/ tan.
