Removed deletion

With the addition of the White Wolf Merit, this article I think can stand on it's own. While it has some hilarious side effects, it's actually an interesting idea to port into other games, especially for new players. I agree with the person that marked it for deletion, the warhammer examples are pretty bad and can probably be removed from here.
