Expanded the flaws table, see what you think. I think the options are fluffy but I might have overlooked a mistake.

Maybe make one for Kabal size. 100 dice. lets say..
1-10= around 100.
11-40= around 1,000.
41-60= around 5,000.
61-70= around 10,000.
71-85= around 50,000.
86-90= around 75,000.
91-95= around 100,000.
96-98= around 500,000.
99= around 750,000.
100= One of the Great Cabals of the Dark City. In the millions or billions. Dozens of other vassal kabals.
