ZMS mod[edit]

I am not 100% sure but it looks like the ZMS mod finished the witch hunters mod. At least the models for the witch hunters in it look almost the same as the ones in the witch hunters

  • Whatever the case is, that still counts under the ZMS mod. The big issue with this is the rather archaic terminology the WHMod team used in their distribution rights which make it impossible to do anything with. The mod can't be worked on without their explicit consent, but considering that it's been abandoned for the last 7 years, some people are considering that the terms don't really qualify. It's kind of messy to go into great detail with, especially considering that I have no idea how copyright works in Russia. ThatOneBruvva (talk) 10:59, 9 March 2015 (UTC)
  • Good thing it's finished now.

Titanium Wars for Soulstorm[edit]

As you may know, the Soulstorm version of this mod was removed from all English-speaking websites. The only place I know of that hosts the download link for this mod is Rutracker, a Russian torrent website, and it requires registration. The most direct way to obtain this mod would be to register in Rutracker, and access this page to obtain the download link, which can be found at the bottom of the original post. If you happen to not speak Russian, worry not, because Google Translate will take care of that. If you're using Chrome, you can right click a page and click on Translate to English to get through those pages. For other browsers, I have no clue how do it, sorry.

Unfortunately there is no way to directly access the .torrent file without registration, unless said file got re-uploaded somewhere else. I'm not sure if Rutracker would appreciate having people bypass their registration process to download one of their files, so I won't try it.

GrOrc, the creator of this mod, has stated multiple times that he doesn't care if you re-upload his mod, so I think it would be possible to download his mod and re-upload it somewhere else, eliminating any conflicts with Rutracker. I would do it myself but my ISP does not provide reasonable upload speeds and my connection is not stable enough to assure that said upload would go smoothly, in the weeks it would take to finish. Anyone can do it though, you have the creator's blessing.

One last thing: I can't remember if the .rar you get from that torrent is passworded. If it isn't, wonderful. If it is, the password is свобода.

I hope this helps, I tried to make it as clear as possible. If anyone wants to add this to the actual page, feel free. I would do it myself but I'm not sure how to do it, because I don't want to just plop down a big chunk of text explaining how to download a specific version of a single mod and ruin the formatting of the list. If you find a better way to do it, let me know or do it yourself, either way works.
