Adding a GNU Terry Pratchett overhead to the page

There's this site that allows to pay respects to Sir Terry Pratchett in a neat way. I think it would be fitting to add to the page's HTML and have 'GNU Terry Pratchett' be broadcast when it's open --Taufag (talk) 13:58, 21 November 2019 (UTC)
