I'm mostly transcribing from a screenshot of a webpage some Anonymous posted to /tg/ on 2011-03-29. The colour scheme reminds me of Penny-Arcade forums, but there's no attribution on the text what-so-ever. I admit I took some liberties when I transcribed it (inventing the terms 'Pony Character (PC)', 'yet Nother Pony in the Crowd (NPC)' and 'Stablemaster'), but mostly I'm making the language more clear and it's like the v1.1 off of someone else's oh-my-god-this-is-brilliant version 1.0. I'd be the guy who made that and the screenshot. Good catch on noticing the Penny Arcade colours, I go by "Marshmallow" over there and that's where I did the recruiting for the first couple playtests (Screenshot was put together from my PM box there). I have to say I really love the edits you made with it, makes it much more readable and gives it the polish I really should've invested the first time around.
