Bobby got it started and did a lot of the heavy lifting. I've also done a lot of heavy lifting on and off over the years, and am currently trying to get things better-organized, as well as replacing useless crap like alignment and terrain with something slightly more useful like language (which might not sound like much, but does show how a given race can differ from one campaign setting to the next). I think the most subtle and yet most important contribution was made by NotBrandX, who made the tables sortable.

No race should have a RHD of 0.

I believe this is meant to be a list of PLAYABLE races. When a race with 1 RHD is used as a PC race, its RHD goes away and gets replaced with the first HD from your character class. So in actually, there are a lot of PC races with 0 RHD; what doesn't exist is PC races with 1 RHD.
