What does "MM" mean?
Seriously. You say "same as in MM" but nobody says what MM is. There's not even a pothole, so I really, sincerely, don't know what it is. Can anybody enlighten me? -- 18.104.22.168

Tiefling, Aasimar, Genasi
... Are races, not templates. You can't have an "elf genasi." You could have an elf half-elemental, an elf half-celestial, etc etc, because those are templates that you apply over another race, but there is no "elf genasi" race as such. Mixing the two races would not work; When you create a half-elf you use the Half-Elf race, after all, you do not stack together the Elf and the Human benefits to be "a half-elf."
So, since the main Elf article is getting reworked, should this article receive some treatment as well? The D&D section is particularly bad because it's just a list of names that means nothing unless you're already deeply immersed in the game to know which are biological and which are cultural and how they even differ. In fact, should the D&D races be ported over back to the main Elf page?--QuietBrowser (talk) 00:44, 12 October 2017 (UTC)
