Talk:Emperor Battle Titan
I think the size comparison charts inaccurate. There's no way Lady Liberty is bigger then an Imperator. User: Zombiecreeper
- Titan size is among the least consistent things in all of 40k and every author will give you a completely different figure for it. Crazy Cryptek (talk) 23:12, 8 June 2015 (UTC)
- That and the fact that if the Titan was any bigger, there wouldn't be any practical room to deploy it inside Imperial Capitol Ships, its main mode of Titan transport. So this height model is both practical as it is accurate in terms of fluff. Most here would probably agree that the model size of most of the Titans as presented in tabletop is probably the most accurate, and most of them are still grossly smaller than the Statue of Liberty. That and the fact that Imperators aren't even the biggest, the Capitol Imperialis, Leviathan and Ordinatus all completely dwarf the Imperator Titan in both tonnage and in the case for the Ordinatus, firepower. And don't get me started on the mobile Hive Ships of Zayth nor the mobile Land Fortresses commanded by the Iron Hands whose size might as well rival the largest Imperial Starships. The IoM do have crawling land vehicles big enough to house Lady Liberty but the Imperator is not one of those. Derpysaurus
who else wants a titan thats so big a tank is the size of its pinkie toe?
Helsreach Imperator?[edit]
Was Stormbringer from Helsreach an Imperator Titan? I have a feeling that it is, the book explicitly describes the armoured cathedrals on its back several times, but am not 100% sure. If it is an Imperator, would anyone care to add it to the list of named titans? I would myself but I am currently halfway through Helsreach and so don't know what actually happens to it. Never mind, I've finished the book now, and it's explicitly stated as being an Imperator. Here come the edit! The Goofy Geek (talk) 16:51, 9 December 2018 (UTC)
