Because it's kinda like FATAL. You know, like that horrible wound inside your mouth that you just can't stop poking with your tongue...But no, seriously, it's a fairly well known game (for obvious reasons), and it was published by Atlas Games who are known for making seriously awesome games...and then went to publish this one (for completely unknown reasons).
