Just move the article to your namespace. Do this by hitting the "Move" button in the "More" tab, then moving it to [[User:You/name of article]]. This will give you the opportunity to slow down and take it bite by bite. --Kracked Mynd (talk) 21:10, 30 March 2019 (UTC)
