Is the Fay Enchantress human or not?[edit]
Hey there, i got question about the Fay Enchantress which i can't find a definitive answer too, and i hope someone who maybe has the books can provide the answer. So, here goes: Is the Fay Enchantress human or not? I know she is described in the army books as human, but in Knights of the Grail, which was published 3 years after the 6th edition Bretonnian army book, she is without a doubt described as of elven heritage. In this article she is described as being chosen from Bretonnian nobility (and therefore human), and i can't find the source for this, either. I got all my info from thetrove.net, btw. I'm confused as to which source should be given superiority or if this is only determined by chronological order of the date of publishing. This is my first time writing on a wiki (discussion) page ever, so if there is anything i should change about my inquiry i didn't know please consider that fact. :)
- If we're going by the End Times books, then she's not human, she's either an elf or half-elf demigod because her mother is the Lady of the Lake and an elf god. As far as the non-End Times stuff goes though, a lot of stuff outside the army books can be inconsistent with their own faction or even the setting as a whole, so generally people give preferential treatment to the army books. Whenever you're in doubt though, feel free to include both on the main page, list where they're from, and point out the contradiction. -- Triacom (talk) 19:37, 4 June 2020 (UTC)
Do you know the source for 'chosen from Bretonnian nobility'? That would at least in some points make it clearer that she is human in non End Times lore. I couldn't find it in the sources i mentioned. Nassauer Land Medium (talk) 22:08, 4 June 2020 (UTC)
