I think in the Space Marines written by Mat Ward (Curse him) it said that a chapter called the Fire Hawks were wiped out by the Grey Knights. But I may have misread it.

This reply is likely too late, but just in case it isn't or anyone still needs to know, that was the Flame Falcons, another cursed founding chapter who were literally on fire (but not hurt by their own fire).
