So what happened to all of the writefags behind this? All of it just suddenly came to a crashing halt one day. -Anon

It's too bad. I'm only a casual fan of the WH 40K series, mainly turned off by the excessive emo-grimness of it all and fantasy elements, but I thought this wasn't so bad at all.

Indeed, that is what makes these stories so great. It doesn't truly take away from the grimdark, (otherwise it wouldnt be a Krieg story anymore) but it's still pretty god damn noblebright.. -Redjive

Decided to begin work updating this page and adding a bit of newer content. Hopefully we can revive the series. I think one of the problems was that it became too set in stone the way much of 40k tends to be. Hopefully the slight retcon I am introducing with the Reconstruction of Terranis series will bring in new blood :) -Magyareagle

Good to hear, Magyareagle. While it was grimbright AF, I was starting to see a bit too much of a pattern in these stories. I think a good cross with other tales would be an encounter between the Reasonable Marines and the Krieg Derivatives (post- Isolation of Terranis) or even with a regiment made entirely of Terranis born troops? They certainly share similar stories. -Redjive
