FWLIW, the idea of Men of Iron, Men of Gold, etc. may be inspired by Hesiod's "Works and Days", specifically the "Ages of Man" section.

Can somebody please tell me which comic the men of iron pictures are from? Also can someone give me the source from the 12 colonies or is it just fannon.
It is from "Pax Imperialis" (though I am not sure where that comic is from), and it is just a Battlestar Galactica joke.--Namefag (talk) 23:48, 26 February 2020 (UTC)
