Talk:Midnight
From 1d4chan
Would this count as a D&D setting and therefore qualify to be added to the Template:D&D-Settings, or is it something else entirely? I know it's a 3rd party thing by FFG, but as I read it Midnight is more or less like a D&D setting. Plus, people might actually find it this way and it's already on the list of races with a few entries. - Biggus Berrus (talk) 21:41, 11 June 2017 (UTC)
- I'd personally consider it a D&D setting: it's explicitly made to use D&D 3rd edition rules and calls out the D&D corebooks as necessary to play. The whole idea of it is basically a campaign setting based on the Tolkienien aspects of D&D and embracing them - the backstory basically boils down to "Lord of the Rings, but Sauron has successfully conquered the world". All of the core PHB races are present bar the Half-Orc. So, yeah, I'd call it a D&D setting.--QuietBrowser (talk) 22:09, 11 June 2017 (UTC)
