Removal of all the stat-blocks[edit]
I propose that the giant stat-blocks of Orcus over the editions just be removed so that this page can be expanded properly; they don't add anything to the substance of the page, people don't come to this site to look for rules for D&D villains. Plus they surely can't be legal can they? --Dark Angel 2020 (talk) 11:47, 22 August 2018 (UTC)
- This site's already flouting legality with the use of trademarked terms like 'beholder'. The statblocks can be useful for nit-picking, which is a favourite pasttime of /tg/ ... but I admit the presentation is a poor-ass ghetto text-dump. -- NotBrandX (talk) 13:38, 22 August 2018 (UTC)
- Use of trademarked terms isn't illegal, only in cases where it might cause brand confusion which is never going to happen here. Reprinting entire statblocks is a surefire way to get into a copyright dispute though, plus I don't know of any other pages that have them or need them. Yeah, folks might want to nitpick over differences in stats... but the way it is presented doesn't do any of that. --Dark Angel 2020 (talk) 13:49, 22 August 2018 (UTC)
