Who started it?[edit]
I think I might have known the guy. Did he go by the name of "Beacon" or "Thorny" by any chance? Because he also made a pretty sweet mod for CoP, it was called Redux. He was also talking about making a D20 system for STALKER awhile back, that's what made me curious.
