I wouldn't ban someone for a first offense, especially not creating a page complaining about a particular show (we certainly do plenty of complaining around here). If he makes a habit out of it, I might lock him out for a few days, but that doesn't seem to have happened, so I'll delete the page, and we all get on with our lives. --AssistantWikifag (talk) 03:04, 8 September 2013 (UTC)
