Added Sotek into the Skaven category because he factors in heavily to their storyline currently. Similar to how Eye of Terror works as both Eldar and Chaos, Sotek is a Lizardmen god who's first appearance was decimating Skaven, and has done so since.
So I'd argue that he belongs in the Skaven category as a result, as well as an eventual Lizardmen one when we get more articles, but I won't change it back and will instead leave that to someone else if they agree with my argument.
