I have always believed that the whole "only get a third attack at level 20" thing was a mistake. It wasn't in the errata, but I've always treated it as a mistake since there is no other class that has such an irregular progression. Comments?

It's likely it is a mistake, because otherwise it would be the only class with no full, 3/4 or 1/2 BAB progression. But still, it's there and not Errata'd out, so it's how it is. - Biggus Berrus (talk) 10:13, 9 June 2014 (UTC)

Dreamscarred Press has some additional new materials for Soulknife as well that could really up your game power as with in their Psionics Augmented line.

Validity of the Soulknife Class

I was very put out by the comments on the page about the Soulknife class being terrible. I have found much more information about this on dandwiki.com, where it fully describes all of the different level-up features, including the ones for the two different archetypes, Soul Shaper and Seeker. It has many different features and abilities, and when paired with the right race, it can be quite good.

What you have found is almost certainly the Pathfinder incarnation of the class, which the article goes out of its way to state is the only good one. I say this because other versions of the game do not have archetypes or different level up features. —SpectralTime (talk) 03:39, 17 January 2019 (UTC)
