Talk:Tarpit

Y’all just abstracted it to mean anything good or cheap or tough or fast which isn’t very useful. Like even chaos warriors are tough but not in special proportion to their cost- they’re monsters on offense too. Black guard and silver helms are a tarpit because they’re frail but they hit hard? Elyria reavers are tarpits because they redirect? Wouldn’t that make them distractions? What does “tarpit” even mean any more? Should stick to the notables like skavenslaves so that the word is useful for describing the game strategy and not “any 5 inferences away from fitting the definition kinda in a way.”
