Talk:The Culture

Ok, there are several references to the Culture in some articles here, so I thought it would be a good idea to create an article about it.

I've seen very little mention of the Culture anywhere else save for brief references, can you name any articles that have references? Also, articles are usually meant to be /tg/ related and I'm not sure if The Culture, while being a superb series, is relevant. Tyranid Memestealer (talk) 23:14, 31 July 2017 (UTC)

In which I remind you to actually read the damn article before whining about Mary Sues

Literally the entire article runs counter to that assertion, particularly their interactions with other civilizations and the actual section of the thing dedicated to why life in the Culture might not be that good.

Nowhere in the Culture Books is it described as being flawless. It's a good place to live where you physical needs are met, your protected from external threats and crime by robot buddies watching over you, but it's never described as being inerrant or beyond criticism from without and within.--A Walrus (talk) 18:22, 13 April 2019 (UTC)
