Proposed Expansions[edit]

  • The Shadow in the Warp: Psychic update, space hills are, at least in part, warp constructs, and so the explorers would be exposed to increased psychic stress, potentially revealing psychic potential within them.
  • Those who Worship the Devourer: Genestealer Cults addition.
  • The Monsters from Beyond the Veil: Demons update.
  • The Might of Humanity: Update adding new imperial teams, as well as model which can be added to other teams.
  • Followers of the Dark Gods: Chaos Marines etc update.
  • The Green Tide: Orks
  • Gifts of the Omnisiah: Added guns, equipment along with pre game customisation for armour and cybernetic enhancements.
  • By Blade or Hammer: Melee expansion, adding melee weapons which act as ranged weapons but with a range of only 1 or 0 tiles, but also provide some kind of counter attack on assaults. The outcome is the same, except that the blind horror takes some damage as well, perhaps being dazed by eg. A thunder hammer.
  • Terror and Pain: Dark elves humonculus coven, made up of 3 grotesques and 1 humonculus. Gain benefits the more damage they deal and receive, but the humonculus slowly gets weaker if damage is not dealt to units nearby which aren’t itself.
  • Eyes of the Golden Throne: Talons of the Emperor update, adding a party of 1 custodian and 1 sister of silence. Due to the extreme melee potential of the two units it would add rules to counteract the blind horror on the charge.
  • First to the Prize: The multiplayers expansion, adding rules to allow 2 parties to play off against the blind horror, adding rules to allow the parties to meet in the hulk, fight or otherwise inconvenience each other.

RPG Elements[edit]

Not every person in 40k is the same person. They have different personalities, bodies, motivations and training. As such a small RPG element could be implemented.
