Added some details for the Outriders and removed a couple instances referring to rules that no longer apply (there is NO safely overcharging plasma anymore and land speeders don't suffer -1 to fire heavy weapons after moving). Of note that I didn't know how to address is that according to current knowledge, the tournament book releasing on the 25th indicates that Vigilus specialist detachments are no longer allowed. Doesn't apply to missions out of the core rule book, just the Grand Tournament 2020 pack.

We'll have to wait and see if that's tournaments only, it might have no effect on regular play. -- Triacom (talk) 04:27, 20 July 2020 (UTC)

Safely overcharging plasma IS still a thing until weapon profiles get updated, it's only the new units in indomitus that have the "unmodified 1s" thing right now.
