So can i use other units that are forgeworld that did not get listed in the army list? like IG for example

doubt it. Would be cool though, for convenience's sake if nothing else.

Can i use IG minies? Literally all photos in book are csm cultists and renegade militia update pack with regular IG bodies.

You can use any models you like; that's the beauty of the army list! I'll bet Forgeworld won't ever come up with a dedicated product range for them because the modelling opportunities are so varied, it's impossible to do it justice. my wife uses fantasy Empire models to represent auxilia riflemen, alongside "modern" IG artillery and tanks. --Dark Angel 2020 (talk) 20:30, 1 September 2016 (UTC)

Thanks! I have one more question. I want to use my basilisks, but there's only heavy ordnance battery. Should i ask a permition to use them, or i can use rules from Lost and the Damned or IG IA?

If you wanted to use them as Basilisk tank, you'd have to ask permission to see if that's okay. Otherwise you could proxy the Basilisk model as an Immobile gun, just ignoring the fact it has tank treads and a heavy bolter and take some bodies to act as the ground crew. Or you could take an Allied detachment of Space Marines and use your Basilisks as Astartes tanks instead --Dark Angel 2020 (talk) 06:29, 2 September 2016 (UTC)
