Yugoloth promotion?[edit]
Okay, so as a Devil, you get promoted by your superior when they either feel you've earned it or need someone of the rank you're getting promoted to, and you get demoted as punishment. As a Demon, you promote yourself when you feel you have what it takes to be that new form, and presumably you get demoted when you get proved wrong or someone else bests you.
