She's from the West, and Exalted after being the last survivor of a ship lost in a storm, having managed to cling to the mast and rigging as the ship was battered to pieces. (She was the captain's daughter; her mother, though she's never known her in her adult life, was a god from the East.) Looks kind of like this. She was recovered by the Silver Pact, but only after her trickster's attitude and natural beatific seeming (and the timely defeat of some local ruffians) had earned her a bit of Cult in the village she washed up—which was only encouraged when she returned as part of her Trials to clear out the Dragon-blooded Outcastes who had moved in in the meantime to set up a protection racket. With the looming threat to the world, however, she was afterward called away from her adopted home into the Wyld to serve as a runner for messages between different parts of the Pact.
