Sorry, busy. Working on my custom Warhammer 40K 2nd Legion "Harbingers" army. Mainly going off of the Homebrew Knights Inductor Chapter Codex that's under the Homebrew Section here in 1d4chan. Here's the jist of it so far:

Legion Organization

At the head of the Legion was the Sanhedrin, which was made up by the Primarch, his four hand-chosen Praetors (renamed Harbingers), and any developing Silencers so as to help guide them with controlling their potent Null powers. The II Legion itself numbered 125,000 Legionnaires which were then divided among five specialized Divisions. The 1st Division operated as the premier Anti-Psyker Strike Force and so consisted primarily of 2nd Stage Nulls, Revenants, and Hellions. With a troop complement of 30,000 legionnaires it also was the largest Division although it often acted separately from the remaining four. The 2nd Division consisted of 25,000 legionnaires and served as an Elite Assault Force used to precisely and quickly dispatch the enemy. Used mainly Veteran Squads, Terminator Squads, Dreadnoughts, Raptors, and Air Support. The 3rd Division specialized in Siege Warfare, numbered 25,000, and consisted mainly of Devastators, Breacher Squads, Armored Battalions, and Artillery support. The 4th Division numbered 25,000 and acted as a trained response force and so used Mechanized Tactical Marines/Tactical Support Marines, Assault Marines, Drop Pods, and Bikes (Jet and Normal). Lastly, was the 5th Division which, although the smallest at 20,000 legionnaires, was very proficient in tactics of stealth, recon, and sabotage. To achieve this the 5th used mainly Recon Marines, Seeker Squads, Silencers, and Destroyer Squads with some Jet Bike elements.

Each Division was led personally by a permanent member of the Sanhedrin. The commanders of the 1st through 5th respectively are as follows; The Primarch Azazel, Master of Consul Harbinger Asbel, Master of Warfare Harbinger Gaderel, Master of Records Harbinger Pinem'e, and Master of Mysticism Harbinger Kasadya.
