Hello. I'm the resident mathfag on the Hektor Heresy project at the moment, and I'm interested in putting together a codex for the Vetrovnak military ground forces, mostly as an excuse to practice cross balancing units within a force. As it sits I'm thinking they'd play like a mix of necrons and eldar: very elite average soldiers, with squad leaders and heroes who aren't combat powerhouses but all have a few buff or debuff abilities. Probably army-wide adamantly will and FNP to represent their nanites. Have you put any thought into their military doctrine? Josman (talk) 19:32, 12 October 2016 (UTC)
- I've yet to really begin pondering that, mostly because it has been like 15 or more years since I last played 40k. Add in the fact I'm astronomically more interested in the world building side of things and the fact I wanted to wait for others to chime in to help develop a sensible power level for them and you can see why i've been reluctant to get to that. The only thing I know they need right off the bat is something to mechanically represent their aversion to actually killing humans. --RAWK LAWBSTAR (talk) 01:34, 13 October 2016 (UTC)
If you're not totally done with things /tg/ Heresy, discussion occasionally pops up on Discord. Lumey (talk) 03:41, 6 March 2018 (UTC)
