Look, I'm as much of a Blood Angels fan as the next guy. But the rules are rules. I left the design notes there and the page in the rulebook where it says you multiply base strength before adding any modifiers. The Hammer of Baal is neat! Don't get me wrong. But we don't need to flat out lie to ourselves about it.
